Wildlife Tracking Excursion at Fogg Hill Conservation Area

 July 21, 2023 • 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Get ready to connect with New Hampshire’s wildlife on a 2-mile round-trip wildlife tracking hike along the Fogg Hill Trail led by LRCT AmeriCorps member Rebekah.

On this excursion, we will be keeping an eye out for animal tracks and various other signs of wildlife in the area. We will be covering some basic animal tracking techniques such as track identification and gait/behavior interpretation. We may also detour onto the Bear Pond Trail (0.6 one-way) to see what we can find. Expect an easy to moderate hike of 2-3 miles with frequent stops.
