Join our Lakes Region Conservation Corps (LRCC) members for a fun day of invasive species removal! We will work together to remove a variety of invasive species, such as American bittersweet, Multiflora rose, Japanese barberry, and more. Our LRCC members will demonstrate how to spot and effectively remove invasive plants.
What to Bring:
- Work gloves
- Loppers
- Tools for digging roots
- Water, lunch, & snacks
- Insect/tick spray and sunscreen
- Long pants/hat
- Close-toed shoes
Times:
- 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
- 12:30pm – 3:30 pm
