Trail Work along the "Yellow Trail"
Join our Lakes Region Conservation Corps (LRCC) members at the Cotton Hurd Conservation Area to help with trail relocation efforts on the Yellow Trail! LRCC members will help volunteers lop, rake, and level a new trail and brush in the former trail. The hike up to the site is roughly 0.3 miles. We will provide the necessary tools.
What to Bring:
- Work gloves
- Water, lunch, & snacks
- Insect/tick spray and sunscreen
- Long pants/hat
- Close-toed shoes
- Loppers if you have them!
Time:
9:00 am – 2:00 pm
