Forest Bathing-Inspired Sunrise Hike

 September 24, 2026 • 6:00 – 8:30 am

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED

Join us for a peaceful sunrise hike at the Castle in the Clouds Conservation Area in Moultonborough. As the sun rises, LRCT AmeriCorps member Molly Prom will guide participants along the Oak Ridge Trail up to the scenic viewpoint, where they can enjoy sweeping views of Lake Winnipesaukee. Participants will then be led in a forest bathing meditation to help relax the mind and body. We will meet by Shannon Pond and be gone for about 2 hours. The trip will be about 2.5 miles, and the level of difficulty is moderate.

Registration: Registration is required for this event. Please complete our Google Form by clicking the “Sign Up” button below.

We ask that if you sign up, please plan on attending the full length of the event. Because space is limited, please notify mohare@lrct.org or call the office at (603)253-3301 three days before the event if you are unable to attend so that we can extend the opportunity to others. Thank you!
