T. Scott Berkley

Land Conservation Projects Director Center Harbor

Scott joined LRCT in August 2024 to oversee the land and easement acquisition process, coordinate projects and transactions with landowners, and pursue future conservation opportunities within LRCT’s mission and vision. He previously interned at the Vermont Law School Environmental Advocacy Clinic, clerked for the Vermont Natural Resources Board, and served as an AmeriCorps member with the Catamount Trail Association. Scott also spent six seasons working in the Appalachian Mountain Club’s White Mountain huts. Scott received a J.D. from Vermont Law School and a B.A. in American Literature from Middlebury College. When not working at LRCT, you can find him trail running in the Sandwich Range, mountain biking on Page Hill, or backcountry skiing in the Whites.

Phillip M. Croteau

Land and Recreation Manager Tamworth

Phil was hired as LRCT’s Land and Recreation Manager in February 2024. He is primarily responsible for carrying out stewardship tasks on LRCT’s fee-owned properties, including overseeing seasonal AmeriCorps members and LRCT property monitors. Phil has previously served as an AmeriCorps volunteer himself, with the Harpswell Heritage Land Trust through the Maine Conservation Corps Environmental Steward program. Before his AmeriCorps term, Phil spent 3 years working as a steward of Central Park’s North Woods in New York City. He graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Policy from Rutgers University in 2018. You can find Phil fly fishing throughout the Northeast, backpacking in the White Mountains, or sampling some of the area’s local food.

Diana M. Hart

Operations Director Moultonborough

Diana joined LRCT in May of 2022. She oversees the internal functions that keep our organization running effectively and in compliance. She is responsible for financial management, human resources, and facilities management and also coordinates office staff and volunteers. Diana has supported many other non-profit organizations and has been in public service since 1997 as an educator. She has a Master's in teaching with Technology and a B.S in Psychology. Diana can often be spotted behind her camera photographing all her family's boating, hiking, and outdoor adventures.

Matthew D. Morris

Stewardship Director Tilton

Matt joined LRCT in May 2021 and oversees the management and responsible uses of LRCT's owned lands and conservation easements. In collaboration with other staff, volunteers, partners, and easement landowners, Matt ensures LRCT's conserved lands are stewarded in perpetuity for their conservation values such as habitat, water quality, recreation, forestry, and agriculture. Before arriving at LRCT, Matt served through AmeriCorps at Sudbury Valley Trustees. He holds a B.S. in Wildlife and Conservation Biology from the University of New Hampshire. Outside of LRCT, you can find Matt hiking or reading.

Micaelie J. O’Hare

Stewardship and Outreach Coordinator (Remote)

As Stewardship and Outreach Coordinator, Micaelie creates and updates various maps and outreach materials, organizes LRCT’s Guided Excursion programs, and assists with stewardship projects and communications. Micaelie served as a Conservation Land Steward (AmeriCorps position) with LRCT in 2019 before joining the staff full-time in late 2020. She graduated from Plymouth State University with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Policy and a minor in Adventure Education. Micaelie enjoys hiking, paddling, working on various crafts, and tending to her many houseplants.

Nadene F. Page

Membership and Database Coordinator Ossipee

Nadene joined LRCT in December 2022. As Membership and Database Coordinator, Nadene maintains the CRM and processes gifts when they arrive. Nadene serves as a secretary and board member of Ossipee Mountains Habitat for Humanity and comes to Lakes Region Conservation Trust with an administrative career in the real estate field. Raised on the seacoasts of Maine and New Hampshire, Nadene grew up respecting and loving the outdoors and all things nature. She has a strong passion for environmental preservation, maintenance and restoration of wildlife habitats. Nadene has three grown sons and now lives in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire with her husband, Jim. In her spare time, she spends time with her family and friends enjoying all of the many outdoor activities New England has to offer.

Lindsay D. Rosa

Executive Director Moultonborough

Lindsay became Executive Director of LRCT in 2026. Lindsay comes to LRCT from Defenders of Wildlife, where she served as Vice President of Conservation Research and Innovation. A scientist at heart, she has helped organizations use data to think strategically about land conservation and engage communities through storytelling. Before her work at Defenders, Lindsay taught at Middlebury College and led statewide spatial data programs for the State of Vermont. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. in Environmental Science from Colby College. Outside of work, you’ll often find her exploring all the Lakes Region has to offer with her two adventurous kids in tow.
