Don Berry has been the President of the Lakes Region Conservation Trust since 2006. He previously served as a member of the LRCT Board of Trustees for 14 years. He formerly practiced law in Boston, is a graduate of Trinity College, and has a law degree from Yale Law School.

Anna M. Boudreau

Deputy Director Dover
Anna has years of volunteer and professional experience as a land conservation and development specialist, and for over 9 years served as the Executive Director at the Strafford Rivers Conservancy (now merged with Southeast Land Trust of NH). She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Community Development from the University of New Hampshire and has spent over two decades as a dedicated UNH Extension volunteer, which lead her to become a founding member of the Dover Open Lands Committee, which she now chairs.

Diana M. Hart

Office Coordinator Moultonborough
Born in Massachusetts and a Summer girl in Moultonborough, Diana made Moultonborough, NH her permanent residence in 2014 with her husband, two daughters, and dog. Taking a break from teaching and staying home to care for her family, Diana has volunteered for several local organizations and explored all the Lakes Region has to offer. She has a Master's in Teaching with Internet Technologies from the Marlboro College Graduate Center in VT. She has experience as a Registrar, office coordinator, and Librarian. She can often be spotted behind her camera photographing all her family's boating, hiking, and outdoor adventures.

Dave formerly worked as Stewardship Director at York Land Trust, is a graduate of University of Vermont and has a Conservation Biology Master’s Degree from Antioch University New England.

Matthew D. Morris

Conservation Easement Steward Tilton
As a native New Hampshirite, Matt returns to the state after serving two AmeriCorps terms with Sudbury Valley Trustees in eastern Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Wildlife and Conservation Biology. Outside of the LRCT headquarters, you may see Matt in the backwoods of LRCT’s easements or on the trails of the White Mountains.

Micaelie J. O’Hare

Stewardship and Outreach Coordinator Plymouth
Originally from New Jersey, Micaelie graduated from Plymouth State University with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy. She served a 5-month AmeriCorps term with LRCT after graduating and was a seasonal Land Steward for the Southeast Land Trust of NH before making her way back to the Lakes Region.

Nadene F. Page

Membership and Database Coordinator Ossipee
Raised on the sea coasts of Maine and New Hampshire, Nadene grew up respecting and loving the outdoors and all things nature. She has a strong passion for environmental preservation, maintenance and restoration of wildlife habitats. Nadene has three grown sons and now lives in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire with her husband, Jim. In her spare time, she spends time with her family and friends enjoying all of the many outdoor activities New England has to offer. Nadene serves as a secretary and board member of Ossipee Mountains Habitat for Humanity and comes to Lakes Region Conservation Trust with an administrative career in the real estate field.

Lisetta J. Silvestri

Conservation and Special Projects Director Holderness
Lisetta previously worked in Maryland at the Eastern Shore Land Conservancy and at Pickering Creek Audubon Center. She is a senior fellow at the Environmental Leadership Program. She graduated from St. John’s College and holds a J.D. from The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. She is a member of the NH Bar. She lives with her husband, son and their dogs in Holderness. Lisetta loves to hike, swim and kayak in our beautiful Lakes Region.
