Center Harbor Woods Conservation Celebration

Ringing bells and hearty cheers sounded through the woods on March 6, 2010 as the Lakes Region Conservation Trust, Squam Lakes Conservation Society, and Town of Center Harbor celebrated the permanent conservation of Center Harbor Woods. Acquisition of this 224-acre property has been accomplished through a unique collaboration of the three conservation partners, with LRCT owning the land and SLCS and the Town holding the conservation easement. LRCT is privileged to have the opportunity to work in partnership with SLCS and the Town in conserving and stewarding this important property.
